Summary of Position
Lionsgate is currently seeking an Executive Assistant, Worldwide Television & Digital Distribution to report to the President, Worldwide Television & Digital Distribution.
Responsibilities
Heavy calendar management for the President, including scheduling conference calls and meetings and closely monitoring calendars to resolve scheduling conflicts. Gather and organize meeting materials and agendas in advanceHandle general administrative duties including answering phones, team management, expense reports, etc.Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportationProvide President with detailed travel plans and necessary documentationAttend internal meetings, maintain notes, and coordinate actions plan for follow upCoordination of special events including creating and managing invitation lists and responses, event logistics and cateringProvide general support to the President and Worldwide distribution team as needed with adhoc projectsMaintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, handle confidential documents and communications with discretionFoster positive relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, collaborate with other assistants and departments to ensure seamless operationsQualifications and Skills
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar roleBachelor's Degree preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsMS Office Suite proficiency, especially Outlook and ExcelExcellent attention to detailAbility to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbout the Company

Drawing upon its production partnerships with many of the top content creators, it supplies dozens of scripted series to more than 20 different network partners. With a reputation for creating "brand-defining" shows for a diverse range of platforms, Lionsgate Television has produced and distributed the iconic long-running series Mad Men, one of the most acclaimed shows in television history, the ground-breaking Orange is the New Black, Weeds, Nurse Jackie, Nashville, Dear White People and many others while continuing to develop strong slates of acclaimed new series. Lionsgate also operates a robust in-house unscripted television business partnering with a diverse array of linear and streaming platforms.
