We are looking for a part-time Scheduler (Wednesday & Thursday in office and Friday remote) with the potential to go full-time.

Description:

Scheduling of all caregivers for EverNest clients. This includes monitoring the available hours of caregivers; daily reviews of new clients to understand their scheduling needs, as well as of existing clients, to assure that each client has a qualified and appropriate individual, sensitive to the special needs of the client, providing service at the time and place requested and agreed upon. This also includes pre-planning to cover future holidays and time off requests.Participate in the evening/weekend on call team, as needed.Inputting into the electronic scheduling program, to assure it is accurate and complete, including developing monthly schedules, production of accurate monthly client and employee schedules, dissemination of these schedules , and other reports as needed.Answering all questions from employees and clients regarding scheduling, solving scheduling issues as they arise, referring non-scheduling issues to appropriate administrators.Make accurate notes in the electronic scheduling record of all contacts with caregivers and clients. This includes entering notes to record after-hours and weekend calls received from any source.Monitoring the electronic scheduling record for full confirmation of caregiver clock-ins at client homes, and taking correct steps if clock-in is missed.Recommending improvements in the scheduling process to ensure the smooth operation of the agency.Assisting in the orientation and scheduling of new caregivers as requested.Maintaining confidentiality of all caregiver records and client information.Providing internal customer service to office staff and caregivers.Answering phone calls promptly.Covering the emergency response shifts as scheduled.Attending office meetings and performance evaluation meetings as scheduled.Work closely with the office team (recruiter, nurse) to assure that they understand what skills and availability are needed to staff client shifts.What Others Say About You:
