Aufgaben The mission of the Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Collision Center Prepper is to be responsible for all work assigned to them by the Collision Center ManagerThe Prepper will be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicles within or ahead of their scheduled completion time and for the maintenance and care of shop equipment and efficient use of shopsupplies and refinishing materialThis is a Flat Rate PositionThe Prepper will be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicles within or ahead of their scheduled completion time and for the maintenance and care of shop equipment and efficient use of shop supplies and refinishing materialThe Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Collision Center Prepper must provide a consistently outstanding brand and customer experience through consistently outstanding preparation, attitude, and teamwork
Prepare vehicles, damaged areas on vehicles, or body parts assigned to them by the Collision Center Manager.Performing the aforementioned prepping in an efficient manner with the highest level of quality.The Prepper will complete his preparing or refinishing assigned tasks on-time or ahead of schedule.The prepper will also use the utmost care in the use of materials, such as tints, tapes, thinners,etc. to ensure that the waste of materials is minimized.To maintain a clean and safe work environment.The pay range for this position is $18-$19 per hourQualifikationen
High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience.ASE Certified.2 years Collision Center Prepper experience.Basic knowledge of paint surface preparation.The knowledge to mix and use paint and primer.Must be able to work Saturdays.Work Holidays when required.Must be articulate, enthusiastic, self-motivated team player andmaintain a positive attitude.Maintain professionalappearance at all times.Be able to withstand physical demands of the job.Must have valid driver's license.
