Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our DevOps and cloud infrastructure with a focus on Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps. As a DevOps Architect, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our deployment strategies, optimizing our development workflow, and ensuring high availability and performance of our applications. You will work closely with development, operations, and other IT teams to create an automated, efficient, and scalable cloud infrastructure.

What will your job entail?

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive DevOps strategy that includes Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Automation First approach and Infrastructure as Code.Maintain alignment with company's goals and the automation first approach to ensure timely deployments and management of applications.Design and manage Cloud infrastructure on Azure Cloud, ensuring scalability, efficiency, security of operations.Implement best practices for Cloud security, management, performance tuning, and cost optimization.Design and implement end to end automation with focus on creating and destroying Infrastructure as code, and application CI-CD automation with an automation first approach.Use tools like Terraform and Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.Design and implement disaster recovery and high availability strategies for critical applications and systems on the cloud.Develop scripts in various automation languages to automate operational tasks and improve system performance.Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.Work with development teams to automate the build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring that code changes are reliably and quickly released into production.Define various SLA's/metrics related to DevOps and implement ways to measure those metrics.Implement monitoring solutions to track application performance and infrastructure health.Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimize the performance and reliability of our systems.Collaborate with Application Development, Infra, Security, QA, and other teams to foster a DevOps culture.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on DevOps best practices, tools, and methodologies.Work with Offshore teams to help them with implementation, execution and mentoring them towards the organization DevOps goals.Qualifications

Master's (preferred) or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities required.3 - 5 years of prior experience in DevOps, cloud architecture, or a similar role, with a proven track record of deploying and managing scalable cloud infrastructure.Minimum 10 years of total IT experience preferred.Required expertise in one of the Cloud services providers like Azure, GCP, and AWS.Required hands on experience with one tool (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab).Proficient with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible.Strong experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation.Proficient in developing and documenting architecture designs and processes.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Certifications in Azure, Terraform, or relevant DevOps technologies are highly desirable.

The target salary range for this position is $107,600.00 - $141,225.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
