Legal Secretary
to join its
Trust & Estates Department . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to contribute to a dynamic and respected firm.
What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the Trust & Estates team.Manage and edit legal documents with precision and attention to detail.Coordinate schedules, appointments, and client communications.Utilize software tools such as Word, Outlook, Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint, and document management systems to perform tasks efficiently.Maintain organization of files, documents, and correspondence.Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, diverse environment.What You'll Bring:
At least 5 years of legal secretarial experience, preferably in Trust & Estates.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.Familiarity with document management software.Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Great attention to detail and ability to work with diverse teams.
