Position Overview

Are you friendly, upbeat, and outgoing? Become one of Santa's Helpers and create positive, memorable holiday experiences with our guests! As a

Seasonal Elf , you will CAPTURE MOMENTS with Santa while interacting with children and families on set. In this role, creativity and a child-centered mindset are a must as you may have to answer unexpected questions with magical and believable responses!

Our Seasonal Elves Will Also

Greet families with a warm, Elf-like welcome and guide them through the Santa Set experienceTake high-quality photos of families and children with Santa, ensuring everyone looks merry and brightPhotography experience not required

Provide excellent guest service throughout the experienceAlways remain in character, wearing supplied costume, while on location and within public viewAssist in maintaining the magic by helping with crowd control, ensuring everyone gets their chance to meet SantaEngage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkersAssist with Elf setup duties, including preparing cameras and props to enhance the holiday experienceHelp with printing and processing photos while maintaining a joyful attitudeOperate POS system and photography equipmentKeep the set looking festive and clean, always maintaining the holiday spiritAll other tasks as assignedWhat We're Looking For

Must love the holidays and be ready to spread joy-like a true Elf!Positive attitude and strong work ethicTeam player who can work independentlyComfortable greeting and working with families and childrenGood interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handlingProfessional attire and good hygiene are a mustAvailable to attend training meetings and complete required coursesFlexibility to work during "peak" retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidaysAvailable to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as neededKnowledge, Experience & Skill

Photography experience is a plus, but a cheerful attitude and love for the holidays are even more importantPrevious retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not requiredAt least 16 years of ageAbility to stand for long periods while maintaining a festive demeanorAbility to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 poundsWhat Else Can You Expect
