We are looking for a self-motivated CRNA to join its team at Central Louisiana Surgical Hospital in Alexandria, Louisiana. The anesthesia department is comprised of 14 full-time CRNAs and 3 Anesthesiologists to cover 12 sites of service. Call is not in-house, CRNAs are all in the call rotation. Providers at this facility potentially have the chance to work at the top of their license including performing their own regional and neuraxial blocks. We are willing to train any provider interested in expanding their current level of practice and who wants to be part of this great team in place at Central Louisiana Surgical Hospital.Case types include: Orthopedic (General and Total Joints), Spine, General Surgery (wide variety), Gastro/Endo, GYN surgery, Urology, Pain Management, and Ophthalmology.CRNA base compensation is $214,000/year + $40k sign-on bonus. This compensation will be paid on a 1099 in exchange for 45 weeks of anesthesia coverage. Providers will have 35 days off plus facility holidays.
