Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Job Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00-07:00 Guaranteed Hours: Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Valid Respiratory Therapist License Certifications: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Must-Have: 1 year Level III/IV NICU experience Job Description:- Provide respiratory care and support for patients, focusing on those in the NICU.- Assist with high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation.- Operate and manage Hamilton C1-G5 vents, Teleflex HFNC, and BiPAP V60s.- Manage a patient ratio of 6 ventilator-supported patients per respiratory therapist.- Ensure seamless delivery of care through effective communication and collaboration with a team-oriented approach.- Adapt to floating areas as necessary while maintaining high standards of care.- Dress Code: Wear pewter gray scrubs.- Commitment to working every other weekend.- Must be motivated and able to work independently within a team setting.
