Targeted patient ratios are 1:7EPIC experience requiredOther Details: (local is within 50 miles of home address to contracted facility)48 or 36 hours**Targeted patient ratios are 1:7**Unit consists of 20-21 beds. Patients require less acute care, hence the reasoning for higher patient ratios. More of a "nursing home" setting. No telemetry monitoring, no blood products, no Bipap if it's not long term.**For 48-hour contracts, OT is paid out after 48 hours**Must have the following requirements: Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment BLS - must be able to read and interpret strips Nurses will be fitted for N95 prior to working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed.1.5 years exp, exp in a level 1 or 2 preferred Travel experience preferredEPIC EXP REQUIREDUnit may participate in team nursing model where RNs, LPNs, and PCTs partner together to care for a group of patients. The goal of this model is to divide the work and not the patients, ultimately improving both the workload and patient care.
