For night shift it is any combination of Fri/Sat nights and for day shift it is Sat/Sun. Requirements : CA License 2 years of CVPICU/CTICU experience leading up to assignment PEDS Cardiac experience - MUST be cardiac trained Heart transplant experience Experience in: Ventilators, multiple monitors, and EKG interpretation BLS PALS Other Details: Willing to float between units Traveler could be floated to every unit except OR, PACU and ED. The units include PICU, NICU, medical, surgical, hem/onc, medical behavioral unit. Seeing post op cardiac surgical care, cardiology patients, complex congenital patients, acquired heart disease patients, heart transplantation, VAD’s and ECMO. Functions at the Standard Level of nursing practice. Patients can range from neonatal up to 23.
