ATM Operations & QA Associate

Job Type Full-timeDescriptionGeneral Summary The ATM Operations and QA Associate requires a holistic knowledge of the ATM ecosystem including but not limited to ATM Software (like Activate Enterprise, KAL Ignite) builds, configurations, and deployments, ATM Monitoring, Software Distribution, ATM Security, and EFT / Transaction processing (Switch). We are looking for a seasoned associate who has hands-on experience on all the facets of operating an ATM processing platform collaborating with the chosen vendor partners. The candidate must have solid experience in strategizing and executing the quality assurance end to end in an ATM lab environment. The successful candidate should be a self-starter who can champion with minimal training and guidance. This position can be located in Stoughton, WI, Grand Rapids, MI or West Chicago, IL. Responsibilities and Duties:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. Other duties or tasks may be assigned as required. •The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated with a passion for excellence, quality and attention to detail, and be able to manage the ATM Operations and QA in an agile environment along with peers.•Manage fleet of ATMs assigned to the program working closely with the Service technicians and the OEM vendors as required. This includes managing the requisite test cards, cash supplies, and any other required assets.•Maintaining a detailed documentation for the engaged tools and adopted processes. Also build a knowledge base for the Operations function within the organization.•Participate in the impact assessments and integration design for third-party solutions. Stay current on the engaged third-party solutions, features, and releases.•Hands-on testing using the ATMs for all the releases supporting the platform roadmap•Troubleshooting of the production issues coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams•Supporting partner organizations for the know-how of the ATM Operations. Ensure relevant documentation is made available to these partners.•Keep the lights on - On-call support as per the roster.•Compliance, Performance, and Management reporting as required.•Optimizing the Operational efficiency recommending automation wherever possible.•Manage the EFT/Switch certifications with the Debit gateway / networks. •Backup for Business Operations (Bizops) function focusing on FI/ATM onboardingRequirementsSkills and Qualifications: 3-5 years' experience in ATM Operations3-5 years with QA with an outstanding track record.Must have hands-on experience with an ATM fleet, preferably multi-vendor setup.Candidate should have 3+ years of experience in Operations/QA with transaction processing and terminal driving. Cloud based solutions experience is a plus. Candidate should have industry knowledge of communication protocols for terminal driving.Experience with Debit networks is a plus.
