The Developers are responsible for application development and modification/maintenance of applications.These positions have an in-depth knowledge of development tools and languages.The Developers work closely with business partners and other Technology areas in delivering technical solutions.These roles are responsible for application development (including middleware and legacy/mainframe systems), ETL solutions and reports.
Responsibilities:
Works within the Automation CoE (ROM - Robotics Operating Model) using UiPath industry best practicesCollaborates with Business SMEs, Business Analysts, Process Architects as part of the Automation delivery processDesign, develop, configure, unit test, release management, change management and operations support of automations and UiPath BOTsMentor and support junior developers and peersAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk. Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar's reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standardsRequirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience7years of related IT experience required, preferably within midsized to large financial services companies5years of RPA development experience utilizing UiPath technical capabilities, activities and templatesGood communication skills, and solid understanding of banking functions, sub processes and terminologyHands on experience with the following: SQL; .NET or Java; HTML, XML, JSONUiPath-specific:
Very experienced developer w/ UiPath Studio, Orchestrator configuration and monitoringDebugging Tools; Workflow Analyzer; Workflow recorders, wizards, selectorsDocument Understanding and RegEx; custom code integration with VB.NETExcel, Web, Windows and Mainframe AutomationsUiPath State Machines and Re-Framework implementation including work queue designsUtilize Activity Libraries with pre-built templates, RPA components and AI componentsUnderstanding of Action Center; Automation Hub; AI Center; Insights; Process mining; Task MiningProcess documentation-specific:
As-Is, To-Be, SDD, and especially PDDPreferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of other RPA platforms (i.e. Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.)Experience or basic knowledge of BPM tools (i.e. Decisions, Pega, etc.)Experience or basic knowledge of Process Mining platforms (i.e. Celonis etc.)Experience with process re-engineering methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc., in a service environmentExperience optimizing or re-engineering business processes to achieve efficiencies
