Agile PLM Application Technical Specialist

5-7 years of experience in Oracle Agile PLM 9.3.X • Have good understanding on PC and PQM module • Solid knowledge of Agile PLM configuration, Criteria, Roles, Privileges • Strong Experience on Java and Groovy • Ability to work with minimal to no supervision • Ability to interact with customers to gather and clarify requirements • Create and provide demos/POC or users • Excellent communication and negotiation (written, verbal, and presentation) skills, and advanced problem-solving orientation and decision-making skills • Demonstrates attention to detail and organizational skills • Results driven with a strong customer and quality focus 5+ years experience in Oracle Agile PLM 9.3.X • Perform duties as an individual contributor and/or team member with 100% hands-on work • Ability to interact with customers to gather and clarify requirements • Create and provide demos/POC or users • Able to coordinate and lead activities with multi-functional personnel at customer side and in different regions to achieve the desired outcomes. • Communications - Good communication skill in both speaking and writing with all levels within the organization. Must able to communicate well with personnel in overseas. • Organized - Ability to multitasking and to organize efficiently with good time management. Identify urgent and critical issues and set priorities.

Must able to manage and work with personnel from overseas and from different time zones.
