Throughout the day, you provide expert assistance with medical needs, including wound care, while also offering compassionate support with daily activities. You also competently lead your team of CNAs while on shift. Effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues is paramount as you work diligently to uphold our high standards of care and professionalism.QUALIFICATIONS:Valid CNA certification (MA also accepted)Reliability, responsibility, and attention to detailCompassionate demeanor and ability to work well in a team environmentAbility to be a lead over the other CNAs on your shiftWORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION:As our Lead Certified Nursing Assistant - Med Technician, you enjoy a full-time position with flexible swing shifts (2:30 pm to 11:00 pm) and weekend availability required.
