Experience : 5-12 years (min 5 years in Informatica Power Center + DWHDevelopment ) IICS basic development/mig skills is a plus. ETL Developmentproject for Data Warehouse program with a strong Sql and data analysisskills in either of ANSI db (Teradata, Oracle, Sql server etc) with onsitecoordination experience with offshore and customer interfacing role. Bankingdomain is a plus
ETL skills: strategies, adept in writing complex SQL queries andunderstanding Queries as well. He / She should be able to understand theData warehousing, concepts such as schema types, Dimensions, facts, SCDconcepts and Basic data modelling/data architecture concepts, pushdownoptimization, partitioning. understand the properties and uses of varioustransformations and functions available for use in Informatica as well asSQL. Should have knowledge of basic data cleansing, load balancing,performance tuning, parameterization as well as Data integration fromvarious types of sources.
DB skills: Relational database management systems basic knowledge is a must,along with the capacity to create logics to perform various functions in anefficient and error free manner, should at least knowhow to createalgorithms to perform specific functions which could later be translated inany required programming language. Knowledge of any other programminglanguages like Python, APIs, Stored procedure development, Data Marts, DataVisualization tools,, KPI extraction, Scheduling tools, Unix or batchscripting and other BI reporting tools is a plus point.
