Our Securities and Financial Services Department is seeking senior associates who have
four to six
years post-JD experience (not including clerkships) in securities litigation matters. Positions are open in Washington, DC, New York, or Boston.Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:Extensive experience litigating in securities cases in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery.Exceptional writing, analytical and legal research skills with experience drafting briefs, managing discovery, involvement in taking/defending depositions, and motion practice.Talented strategic thinker.Demonstrated strong work ethic.Experience with large litigation teams.Qualifications:Juris DoctorAttorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.DIRECT SUBMISSIONS ONLY.
