Your Impact:

Axon Justice Regional Account Executives are responsible for selling Axon products and services to our mid-sized state and local judicial customers. This is a quota carrying, external field position. Ability to articulate complex solutions, build and maintain senior level relationships, navigate across judicial customer branches and procurement processes, and be pivotal in contributing to the Axon team’s success is required. The position provides technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and/or product training.

Location:

Western Region of the United States, within 1 hour of a major airport, and ability to travel 50% of the time.

What You'll Do:Work in a startup like environment (with the backing of the leading public safety technology company) and use a strategic approach to identify early adopters of our solutions in the justice marketManage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve Axon’s strategic objectivesDevelop and maintain client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growthDevelop and execute account strategy by collaborating with account team to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositionsCultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accountsFocus on customer's satisfaction, know the customer's business and workflows, develop proper contact network within accountsSupport execution of strategy at the account levelWork with and bring in experts/specialists where requiredOversee all account activitiesResponsible for forecasting, keep management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion, gather intelligence on competitor activity, and give feedback to marketingTrack customer activity in internal systems in order to execute on account strategy and identify additional opportunitiesMay provide customer product training as necessaryAccountable for individual expense budget managementOwn account relationship and drive overall customer satisfaction for assigned accountsWhat You Bring:

2-3+ years of demonstrated successful customer facing Software (SaaS /Cloud) Sales ExperienceMinimum of 2 years’ experience managing a book of business of Major Accounts Solution or consultative sales experienceData management experience using Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRMStrong understanding of Virtualization and CloudAble to travel 50% + (2-3 days a week on the road) including overnight travelAble to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offerings across technical and non-technical audiencesStartup experience & some vertical experienceCriminal Justice/Legal/Public Safety experienceAble to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offeringsTeam Player: collaborate with various team members regularlyReady to own & drive the territoryBenefits that Benefit You

On average, the national commissions target for this role is USD 150,000. On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role will be a combination of base pay + the commissions target for the role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic market demands and often a combination of all these factors.
