Eastway Behavioral Healthcare seeks a full-time Director of Outpatient Services at the Heritage of Hannah Neil facility in Columbus, Ohio.
The Director of Outpatient Services plans, coordinates, and operates the programs of outreach, YWCA, and day services provided through The Heritage of Hannah Neil in Columbus, Ohio. This includes overseeing clinical services provided by 10-12 case managers and therapists as this position leads an interdisciplinary team of service providers.
The Director of Outpatient Services will ensure objectives are met, supervise clinical services, delegate responsibilities, provide direction and guidance, and ensure that the organization’s personnel policies are strictly followed.
Requirements:
Prior management or supervisory experience
Prior experience providing behavioral health services for children
Experience with CareLogic preferred
Knowledge of CARF accreditation and the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services licensure requirements
Independent Licensure in Social Work of LISW or Counseling of LPCC or PHD or PsyD
