Senior Director Technical Architect in San Francisco, CAJob Duties:

Serve as a Certified Salesforce Expert, driving conversations with Customer Enterprise Architects and Business Stakeholders armed with best practices for Force.com enterprise architecture functions such as Security, Performance, Development Process, and Application Governance. Apply deep Salesforce expertise to recommend optimal application, sharing, integration, and mobile design patterns while contributing to solution and enterprise architecture strategies. Lead the evaluation of business and technical requirements; drive early solution consideration around gaps/risks. Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies including the Salesforce Platform. Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, Enterprise Architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture & design, environment management, testing, and Salesforce Platform education. Drive the creation of application and technical design documents which leverage Salesforce best practices and effectively integrate Salesforce into the customer's infrastructure. Collaborate with Salesforce Product and Engineering to explain customer roadblocks and drive solutions based on customer requirements and product asks. Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track and solutions extendable and maintainable going forward. Identify and proactively manage risk areas and commit to seeing issues through to complete resolution. Advise and mentor diverse teams, including customer and partner resources in technical and functional delivery aspects at a program level, using influence and adaptive communication strategies.Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Information Technology, Textile Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.Special Skill Requirements:

(1) Executive Relationship management; (2) Analysis, design, and optimization of business processes via technology and integration; (3) Object-oriented programming; (4) Relational databases; (5) SQL; (6) Enterprise Architecture; (7) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business processes; (8) Resource Management; (9) Tracking project plans; (10) Managing vendor resources. Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.Salary:
