Our team is building the products, workflows, and methodologies that will be used to profoundly change the way we all manage our financial lives.What you'll bring:5+ years of software development experience.Experience working with Self-Serve Data Platforms.Webpack.Expertise in the software design/architecture process.Expertise designing and developing RESTful services.Familiarization with AWS infrastructure and cloud-native technologies.Willingness to take initiative and unblock yourself to get things done.Ability to deliver work incrementally to get feedback and iterate over solutions.A passion for working on user-facing features and workflows that are highly reliable, maintainable, scalable, and secure.Good communication skills and the ability to take feedback positively.Ideal Candidate would have:Deep understanding of JavaScript and React.Experience building front-end frameworks at large scale.Proven track record of innovating and influencing to provide novel and effective solutions to difficult software engineering problems.Demonstrated entrepreneurial perspective in ideation and implementation.Experience building web analytics solutions; tracking libraries is a strong plus.How you will lead:Drive end-to-end design and implementation of front-end platform capabilities.Design & develop full-stack solutions (UX/UI, web services).Drive efforts to define and implement software development practices to deliver the highest quality software products (unit testing, integration testing, etc.).Mentor and empower junior engineers and new team members while applying technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems.Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams: product management, various product lines, or business units to drive forward results.Roughly 70-85% hands-on coding.EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
