VP, Program Management Lead - HR Transformation (Hybrid)

The Transformation Program Manager will be part of the Human Resources - Transformation Execution team and lead/ support firm-wide implementation of the Enterprise Workforce Planning strategic delivery, contributing to and overseeing business requirements, plans, strategies and results, along with key business stakeholder partnerships and outcomes. The Transformation Program Manager is a strategic professional who leads and contributes to directional strategy by tracking and monitoring business requirements, demands and driving towards critical milestones and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.

Applies in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function; and, requires basic commercial awareness.

Assesses creation and signoff of program plan and charter, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log.

Develops and maintains program plans, RAID logs and program reporting

Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the program schedule and key milestones.

Ensures all areas of the program are appropriately staffed.

Escalates program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate.

Creates the program risk management plan.

Makes recommendations for training and development needs for assigned personnel.

Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

5-8 years of project management experience

PMP certification strongly preferred

Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.

Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics.

Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.

Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk.

Manage client expectations, anticipates operational and tactical risks and tracks them; clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues and escalate to immediate manager where required.

Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, VISIO, Adobe Acrobat Professional.

Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
