What is the Global Talent Acquisition team responsible for?Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) is responsible for leading programs and strategies designed to build a competitive advantage through the acquisition of high-caliber talent.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of the Talent Partner?
Develop collaborative partnerships with hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
Actively participate as an integrated talent acquisition partner to influence and drive business results through recruitment activities.
Maintain a deep understanding of the industry and the business to help form a cohesive, actionable recruiting strategy.
Proactively recruit, source, and hire qualified candidates in a multi-site environment across all levels of the organization with a focus on diversity. Lead the interview, selection, and offer processes.
Effectively manage vendor and agency partnerships when required.
Partner with hiring leaders to understand talent needs and proactively conduct research to create innovative sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.
Leverage market intelligence and data to advise on hiring decisions and set realistic expectations.
Diagnose key issues and challenges during the recruiting process and work with hiring partners to drive to quick solutions.
Partner closely with HR colleagues in Business Partnering, Risk and Compensation.
Ensure the selection process complies with company policies, state/federal laws and regulations and divisional employment strategy.
Partner with business to build and implement an effective campus recruitment and outreach strategy, as needed, to build a pipeline of early career and MBA talent.
Assess and design process/service improvements that enable innovative hiring.
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
Minimum of 7 years of progressive recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency environment, with a focus on Investment Management, Sales Distribution, and Technology roles.
Experience in confidently crafting and delivering complex offers.
Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to consult at all levels and guide the business on decisions.
Experience managing a high-touch executive-level search and selection process desired.
Solid working knowledge with Talent Management Systems (Workday).
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills including cold calling, and networking.
Excellent customer service with the ability to consistently engage candidates.
Expertise in search engines, job sites, social networks, and other search tools.
Strong business acumen needed to understand business environment and structure.
Ability to travel to meet with clients and to attend recruitment events.
Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards—monetary and non-monetary—designed to support the whole person and to recognize their time, talents, and results. We expect the salary range for the position to be $91,000 – $124,100.
