Job Title: RN - Clinical Float Pool Job Specialty: Step Down Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Not specified License: Registered Nurse (RN) Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Ability to float between different units Job Description: - Float between Step Down and Med-Surg Units.- May be required to float to acute rehab units.- Provide comprehensive care to patients with complex medical conditions.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.- Efficiently assess and monitor patient status and progress.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.- Document all patient interactions and care provided in an accurate and timely manner.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices and protocols.
