Job Description:

GDIT is currently seeking an

Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)/Directory Services Senior SME

in Fort Huachuca, AZ. The

Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)/Directory Services Senior SME

is responsible for supporting Army networks.

As an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)/Directory Services Senior SME, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing ICAM-enabling technology - Microsoft Azure Active Directory - in order to formulate, design, and evaluate architectures and technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with other IT teams to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of our virtualized infrastructure.

Essential Job Duties

Responsible for:

Conducting evaluations of existing ICAM technical approaches.Working with Development and Operations teams to provide input into standards-based ICAM development, implementation and operations.Evaluating and establishing ICAM program governance and stakeholder engagement mechanisms.Leading and facilitating meetings to drive ICAM standard compliance for new and existing systems.Providing an authoritative voice on ICAM standards, policies, and technical implementations.Drafting effective strategies to realize target states - with a focus on compliance and sound ICAM architectures.Authoring Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs) to relay technical concepts.Performing risk management activities, to include providing mitigation strategies.Demonstrating a strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to perform stakeholder analysis for complex programs.Working independently, especially at project startup defining goals and metrics, and working with diverse stakeholders to enhance program value.Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.Reviewing the completion and implementation of system additions and/or enhancements, and making recommendations for refinement and improvement.Troubleshooting interface and interoperability problems.Participating in on-call rotation and escalation support as needed.The above duties are normal for this position. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education :MA/MS +10 -OR- BA/BS in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science +12 years of experience managing organizations similar in size, scope, and complexity.

Security Clearance Level: Active SECRET T5 clearance

Required Skills and Abilities:

This position may require periods of non-traditional working hours, to include consecutive nights and/or weekends.Preferred Skills:

First-hand knowledge of the mission and operational requirements of the U.S. Army.A demonstrated understanding of U.S. Army IT operational and technical requirements, and an advanced understanding of U.S. Army IT applications and network systems.Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.The likely salary range for this position is $138,859 - $187,867. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
