Spherion is hiring a Material Handler for a Wichita Falls manufacturer. Candidates must have prior material handling experience, with an auto mechanic and/or electrical background. Working schedule is Monday-Friday 6am - 2:30pm, pay rate is starting at $15.00/hr.Responsibilities:- Ensures orderly production of materials by pulling orders from inventory and delivering production materials and supplies where needed. - Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.- Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.- Keep inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean. - Adheres to workplace safety regulations.- Operate forklfit.Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMSkills:Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop for 8 hr shiftsMust complete tasks successfully with little to no supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrevious forklift experience preferredEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Auto mechanic and/or electrical experiencePrior work history in material handlingMust have mechanical skills and overall mechanical aptitudeMust submit to a background check and drug screenHigh school diploma or GEDPlease register at www.spherion.com/apply.
