Holiday Requirement: 2/3 holidays that fall within contract Skillset Requirements: NICU, PICU, Vents 18 months minimum experience required, Servo I, Servo U, Hamilton G5 Floating Requirements: May be assigned to PICU, NICU, and Peds, and floating to any of the 3 specialties can occur. May also float to IU Health North Hospital Minimum Experience Required: 18 months of recent NICU or PICU experience required EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; TRAUMA 1 EXPERIENCE IN CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN LAST YEAR REQUIRED Unit Information: NICU or PICU experience required. Home unit of NICU, PICU, or Peds will be assigned once at the facility but can be changed based on the need of the facility. Job Requirements IN LICENSE AND CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUBMIT Certification Requirements: ACLS, BLS, RRT, NRP (req for those placed in L&D, determined by the client, traveler can obtain once offered) Indiana State License PALS preferred.
