What You'll Do…
The Director of Partner Marketing will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the effectiveness of channel partnerships, generate demand through partner networks, and drive revenue through co-marketing initiatives. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to create multi-channel campaigns that grow market share and enhance partner relationships.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of joint marketing programs with key partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and partner objectives. You'll develop co-branded marketing assets, manage partner enablement initiatives, and implement partner-specific demand generation campaigns to expand the reach and influence of our partner ecosystem.
You will oversee partner marketing initiatives across digital and physical channels, from content creation and webinars to co-hosted events and industry trade shows. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, ensuring that marketing activities are mutually beneficial, and driving measurable outcomes in terms of lead generation and revenue contribution. You will also manage the effectiveness of partner marketing programs, measure ROI, and continuously optimize strategies to improve partner engagement and marketing performance.
How You'll Do It…
Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies that align with business and partner objectives.
Collaborate closely with sales leadership, partnership account managers, and customer success and the broader marketing team to create aligned go-to-market strategies with key partners.
Design and execute joint demand generation campaigns with partners across multiple channels, including email, social media, webinars, events, and content marketing.
Lead the creation of co-branded marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and value proposition across partner networks.
Optimize partner enablement initiatives to ensure partners have the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed.
Work closely with the sales team to align partner marketing efforts with sales goals and strategies.
Develop and manage marketing programs to drive partner-sourced leads and revenue through the sales funnel.
Implement and optimize marketing automation and CRM tools to track partner engagement, lead progression, and conversion.
Foster strong relationships with partners, focusing on collaboration and mutual success.
Collaborate with your colleagues in the marketing team and broader GTM organization fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Measure and report KPIs related to partner marketing performance and ROI, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
What Past Experience and Current Skills Will Enable Your Success In This Role?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in partner marketing or channel marketing within a B2B SaaS company.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective partner and co-marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of partner ecosystems, channel marketing strategies, and marketing automation tools, esp. Salesforce and Pardot.
Exceptional collaboration and relationship management skills.
Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to work, with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within HR tech solutions or B2B SaaS companies.
Strong understanding of the global mobility industry, channel partnerships, or HR tech solutions.
Demonstrated success in managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for partner campaigns.
Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors.

Pay Range: $130,000 - $160,000 + annual bonus
