Job Summary:Parkridge Health System in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking a board certified / board eligible neurosurgery spine surgeon to join a busy neurosurgery practice.Qualified Candidates:Board Certified or Board Eligible in general neurosurgeryFellowship training in spineActive Tennessee license or the ability to obtain oneBenefits / Incentives:Comprehensive and robust benefits package including 401k, CME, occurrence-based malpracticeEmployment with HCA Physician Services GroupAbout the Practice:Established practice consisting of 1 physician and 2 nurse practitionersMonday - Friday outpatient and inpatient schedule1:2 neurosurgery call1:4 spine callAbout Parkridge Medical Center:275-bed licensed hospital with the addition of a new patient tower consisting of critical care and inpatient roomsThe 72 million expansion project is scheduled to be completed in 2026Primary stroke and advanced cardiovascular centerAdvanced surgical services including endovascular care and orthopedic/spine proceduresda Vinci 5 surgical robot, the first of its kind in TennesseeO-Arm Mazor X and the Airo TruCT intraoperative imaging systems5 hospital system with multiple sites of care including 6 ER’sOften cited amongst “The Best Places to Live”, Chattanooga is nicknamed the Scenic City.
