Sustainability and innovation are at the heart of all of our sectors which, in North America include Advisory, Built Environment, Energy, Transportation, and Water.As a Project Controls Specialist assigned to the Federal Way Link Extension project, you will leverage your experience in data analysis, budget planning and analysis, problem solving, and research. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals on a major design-build transit project in the Seattle area. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced design-build project environment.Responsibilities:Provide support to the project management team to administer the contract between the Owner and Design-Build ContractorPrepare, maintain, retrieve, and communicate records, reports, or documents required to meet contractual requirementsCoordinate closely with engineering, scheduling, Resident Engineer and construction management teamsInterpret, summarize, and check complex data sets to produce weekly and monthly reports on project statusNavigate and understand numerous data sources to provide accurate reportingManage the monthly pay application review process, which includes coordination with numerous team membersLead coordination meetings to support the pay application process, and facilitate other meetings as neededPrepare letters and correspondence explaining payment decisionsReview the monthly schedule with a focus on critical and near critical activities, significant changes in logic, and floatMonitor concurrence between schedule updates, monthly progress reports and Pay ApplicationsProvide simple and complex data exports, Gantt charts, and schedule excerpts as requestedAnswer schedule-related questions during meetingsPerform time impact analyses and other schedule analyses as requestedSummarize schedule and cost information, including developing graphics, for a high-level audienceOther duties as assignedCandidate Specifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Construction Management, Economics, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years in project control activities, including progress tracking, data analysis, reporting, managing complex spreadsheets, and consolidating data from multiple sourcesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Office tools; experience with Primavera P6 and familiarity with PowerBI are advantageousWilling to work in the Federal Way office at least 2 days per weekExcellent written and verbal communication skills and teamwork abilitiesOur teams are comprised of bright and enthusiastic people who wish to make a difference to the world that we live in.
