Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Upside is looking for a high-caliber digital marketer with experience in digital campaign management. In this role reporting to our Head of Digital Marketing, you will lead the successful implementation of digital campaigns across Retail sub-verticals. You will work with our Head of Digital Marketing and the Demand Generation team to build a solid pipeline across Upside’s key verticals for the sales teams.
The Impact You’ll Make:
Paid media campaign management:
Manage multiple channels including traditional, search, programmatic, direct, broadcast, paid social etc. Find opportunities to work with industry trade groups/publishers to expand reach. Manage budgets and investments:
Allocate and manage the budget across multiple campaigns and channels to ensure efficient return on investment. Full funnel campaign activation:
Initially focusing mainly on the top and middle of the funnel and then expanding to full funnel. Build cross-functional relationships:
Work with agencies, sales, product marketing, and content to understand key messaging, value props, and personas. Campaign calendar ownership:
Oversee the growth campaign marketing calendar and coordinate across the team on campaign execution and orchestration. What You Should Have:
5+ years of ABM, digital campaigns or integrated marketing experience. Expert-level understanding of display ads, search, paid social, digital trade media sponsorships, and other channels that produce attributable leads. Experience creating coordinated marketing programs on both a strategic and tactical level. Experience with relevant technologies (e.g. Rollworks, HubSpot, Salesforce). Strong program and project management skills required. Enterprise software, SaaS and/or B2B marketing experience required. Bonus: grocery, fuel or restaurant experience. Location:
This hybrid role is required to work onsite at our DC, NYC, or Chicago office two days/week. Compensation:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $131,500 - $145,000 + bonus (for certain roles) + equity + benefits. The final starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
