Warehouse Associate
to join a growing and dynamic team!Job Description:Unload, inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoicesSort and place materials or items on pallets, racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standardsAccurately pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirementsEnsure orders are properly labeled and securely packed to prevent damage during transitConduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile with the inventory management system; report discrepancies or issues such as damages, expired, or low stock conditionsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient work environmentOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficientlyPerform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctionsInspect products for defects and report any quality issues; ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards and customer specificationsComply with company policies and regulations regarding warehouse operationsPosition Requirements:Takes on difficult tasks with enthusiasm to achieve goalsMaintain high activity and productivity level, operate with vigor, effectiveness and determination over extended periodsStrives to understand the details, analyze root causes and take appropriate actionAbility to stand, walk and bend for extended periodsCapable of moving up to 50 pounds regularlyStaffing Solutions of Hawaii
