Welder (Up To 30-35/hr)

**Job Description/Work Environment** :+ Candidates will be MIG welding on mild steel, and stainless steel to produce exhaust systems for power generation, oil & gas, marine, locomotive, construction and off road markets.. Tack welding will also be a part of their duties along with assembling the exhausts. This will be rare as majority of the work will be a mix of custom and production style MIG welding.+ Candidates need to know how to read blueprints and weld symbols. Being able to do a variety of tasks throughout the shop is key to learning and growing within the company.+ Candidates may also be asked to assist with fabrication work such as running a brake press, shear, roller, etc.. which they need to be okay with here and there.+ Not every exhaust is built the same which is why it is very important to understand how to read blueprints.**Hours** :+ 1st shift: 7am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday)+ 2nd shift: 3pm - 1:00am (Monday - Thursday) If there is OT, candidates will work Fridays.+ 3rd shift: 10pm - 8am (Monday - Thursday)+ Travelers - 2nd shift: 3pm-12am**Pay/Benefits** :+ $20-$35/hr to start depending interview, experience, tenure, and weld test+ Travelers will make $25/hr with $120/day per diem for 5 days a week.+ 6 months contracts with potential to go longer.+ New company with a lot of opportunity for growth.+ They will buyout contractor early is candidates are doing well.+ 3 1/2% 401k match when employee contributes 6% once hired on direct+ New facility that is well laid out and organized.+ New fabrication equipment.**About Aerotek:**We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
