Basic purpose of the position:
Comply with government regulations (EPA, FRA and OSHA) and company recognized standards while safely performing the transfers of hazardous and non-hazardous products of railroad and trucking tank cars.What you'll do:
Safely transfer bulk product to/from Railroad tank cars to/from tanker trucksOperate various types of mechanical equipmentClimbing using various types of ladders, to heights in excess of 16 feetWe Offer:

Climbing to heights of between 15 feet to 20 feet to perform inspections on topClimbing on to top of tank cars and tank trucks to inspect and seal trailersOperate various types of mechanical equipmentPerform preventive maintenance on equipmentComprehension and compliance with all requirements of safety audit to include but not limited to maintaining hazardous waste transfer, facility logs, and manifestsPrepare products for transferring, such as heating, sparging, and samplingWhat's Required:
High School Diploma/GED or AbilityValid state driver's licenseDesire to succeedPhysical, Mental & Sensory Requirements:
Ability to constantly work in an outdoor environment, exposed to all weather elements, including extreme hot and cold temperatures, dust and noisy conditionsAbility to frequently climb, using various types of ladders, to heights in excess of 20 feetConstantly required to use bending, kneeling, twisting, squatting, climbing up/down ladders and walking motions on uneven surfaces throughout the entire work shiftAbility to frequently grip forces of up to 80lbs Ability to lift, pull, carry, push weights and forces of up to 60lbsAbility to stand, bend or climb for periods of time greater than 2 hours Must be able to hear and communicate, work or safety instructions spoken in a normal voiceMust meet criteria for the use of respiratory protective equipmentMust be able to wear full body hazmat suit as requiredMust have auditory and visual acuity, tracking, inspecting Must be able to work independently Possess the equilibrium and ability to frequently cross 3-4 foot open spans at heights up to 20 feetMust be able to properly wear all required Personal Protective Equipment
