Senior Business Insights Analyst

What does the Senior Business Insights Analyst do at Swire Coca-Cola?As a Senior Business Insights Analyst, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Commercial, you will be creating dashboards to review, document, track, and following up on for internal/external executive data requests. Lead the development and implementation of sales execution business intelligence reporting and ad hoc analysis for the total business in support of the overall profitability of the company as subject matter expert. In addition, collaborate with other teams to build and own Swire Coca-Cola's reporting layer of data. This individual will build the pipelines, data sets, and then create recommendations for business focus.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end research and analysis of business opportunities, build financial models, and the develop sales execution intelligence reports with little or no directionPartner closely with data engineers to architect and build the reporting layer of data that supports our enterprise source of truth, structuring the data to balance an intuitive user experience with technical performanceEngage business units as a business intelligence consultant to lead development of enterprise analytics in direct support of various departmentsResearch and explore new (raw and unprocessed) data sources to identify growth use cases and test hypotheses.Direct systems development including Power BI and Snowflake to help create a more accountable, performance-driven culture.Make operational decisions regarding project timelines, requirements, and BI product developmentRequirementsBachelor's Degree Business or STEM related field requiredMaster's Degree MBA preferred4+ years Experience using large complex data sets to produce reporting and insights required4+ years Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools required2+ years Experience with Snowflake or other cloud providers preferred2+ years Experience with Python, SQL, VBA, R and other languages preferred1+ years ETL or data engineering specific experience
