Senior Salesforce Developer/Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer/Lead to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in custom development using Apex and LWC on the Salesforce platform. This role demands an innovative approach to solving complex business problems and requires a solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

•Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, and other relevant technologies.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

•Perform code reviews, debug issues, and ensure adherence to design principles and high-quality code delivery.

•Leverage deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities to optimize and enhance business processes.

Required Qualifications:

•Strong proficiency with custom development on the Salesforce platform using Apex and LWC.

•Thorough knowledge of platform capabilities to solve complex business problems using innovative solutions.

•Good understanding and working knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.

•Prior experience with object-oriented programming languages like Java or .NET.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience with Java or .NET frameworks for integration or development purposes.

•Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II).

•Experience in Agile or Scrum development environments.

•Strong debugging skills and experience in troubleshooting complex Salesforce solutions.

•Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset.
