We are looking to add a Strategic Marketing Associate to support the development of Multi-Color Corporation's corporate and business strategies. The individual will work closely with Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer and VP of Global Strategic Marketing. The individual in this role will work on impactful and complex projects that will drive value for the company.
The Associate will be responsible for executing projects related to customer segmentation, new market evaluations, business model development, white space exploration, etc. Projects will require collaboration with executives, cross-functional business partners and external stakeholders

Responsibilities:
- Breakdown complex problems and formulate & test hypotheses.
- Conduct primary and secondary research and perform rigorous data analyses.
- Synthesize analysis into clear takeaways and recommendations.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the content and analysis of your workstream
- Support creation of Executive Leadership level and Board of Director level communications.
- Stay current on market, regulatory and technology trends impacting the company.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skill.
- Exceptional written, oral and presentation skills
- Excellent economic and financial modeling acumen
- Strong research and project management skills
- Ability to work independently to achieve project timelines
- Proficient in MS Office applications. Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
- Interpersonal skills with an ability to listen, consider alternative views and solve complex problems.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in STEM, Marketing or Business Management areas
- 3+ years of work experience in corporate strategy at a large company or a reputable strategy consulting firm.
- Experience in packaging value chain would be useful.
- Candidate must be located in CT or ET time zones.
