Onsite in St. Petersburg, Florida

You will lead the people function from end-to-end by providing expertise and guidance in all areas of culture, talent acquisition, people operations, total rewards, employee coaching, development and experience, and organizational design. Oversee strategic leadership for HR evolution and professionalism within a rapidly growing company operating across multiple states. Collaborate with Executive and Senior Leadership to forge company key initiatives developing and executing the HR strategy in support of the business objectives. Negotiate vendor management contracts to optimize resource partnerships and operational efficiency.
