Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Commercial Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  1. Representing clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, including breach of contract, business disputes, and other complex litigation matters.
  2. Conducting thorough and detailed investigations, legal research, and discovery to prepare cases effectively.
  3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
  4. Providing sound legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
  5. Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies to achieve successful outcomes in court.
Job Details

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Commercial Litigation Attorney position will have the following qualifications:

  1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  3. 3-6 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on civil litigation and breach of contract.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
