Day Service Supervisor

Description

Benchmark Human Services is a nationally recognized human services agency assisting people with intellectual disabilities and mental health needs. Our Cincinnati, OH Office is looking for a Day Service Supervisor to coordinate and manage the day-to-day operation of the Day Service Program. This position will support and train direct support professionals to ensure quality and a meaningful day for persons served.

• Coordinate and manage the operation of the Day Program.
• Supervise staff and provide a meaningful day for consumers.
• Participate in team development.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly documentation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Provide direct care to consumers.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
