We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and detail-oriented Permanent Associate Transactional Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in real estate and small business transactions. The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal advice, draft and negotiate contracts, and manage various transactional projects related to real estate development, commercial property deals, business formation, and small business acquisitions.
- Work 2 days a week in our Philadelphia office, 2 days in our Fort Washington office, and 1 day a week remote
- Oversee commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, business formations, asset purchases, and small business mergers.
- Facilitate complex commercial real estate transactions, encompassing acquisitions, dispositions, and financing arrangements.
- Negotiate purchase and sale agreements, manage property evaluation processes, and oversee the preparation of transaction documents.
- Review and negotiate loan documents and manage the closing process.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation and management of commercial leasing documentation.
- Review, analyze, prepare, and negotiate agreements for retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments, including Reciprocal Easement Agreements (REAs) and Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs).
What we are looking for:
- Licensed to practice law in PA and NJ
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school
- 2+ years of experience as a Transactional Attorney
