Seattle Children's Theatre (SCT) is seeking a strategic, visionary Development & Campaign Director to oversee all contributed revenue and play a vital role in our senior leadership team. In this senior leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing trustee giving, annual fundraising efforts, and an exciting, soon-to-be-launched multi-year capital campaign that will shape SCT’s future. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will manage a high-performing development team, including Major & Planned Gifts, Institutional Giving, Annual Fund & Events, and Development Coordination, while collaborating with the Deputy Managing Director, Director of Finance & Operations, and Artistic Director.

  • Experience: A seasoned development professional with 10+ years in nonprofit fundraising and leadership, and a proven track record of managing complex campaigns and diverse funding streams.
  • Leadership: A hands-on leader with the ability to inspire, engage, and collaborate with internal teams, trustees, and external stakeholders alike.
  • Vision: You’ll lead with a big-picture mindset, helping SCT continue to evolve and grow as a leading theatre for young audiences.
