• Dates: Jan 27-31, March 17-21, May 12-16, June 16-20, ongoing need
• Call is beeper with 30 minute response time
• Average 0-2 phone consults while on call
• Average 0-1 patients seen while on call
• Average 0-1 admissions while on call
• Around 14-18 patients each day
• Trauma level 2
• Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs, 1 APP, 2 office staff
• Epic EMR
• Certifications: BC required, Fellowship preferred, BLS required, WI license or IMLC
• 90 day credentialing
• Temp privs available
