Salary: $145,000-$177,000 annually + Full Benefits

The Clinic provides treatment programs for individuals 18-years old andolder, including outpatient counseling and treatment-focused halfway houses

Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments for diverse patient cases.
- Collaborate with unit leadership to manage clinical caseloads and enhance productivity.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in addiction and detox encompassing medication management, referrals, and therapy sessions.
- Lead individual, group, and crisis intervention therapy sessions.
- Participate in departmental meetings, evaluate current clinical and management practices, and contribute to improvement initiatives.
- Intervene in and resolve crises or emergencies effectively.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
- Current RN licensure and Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Massachusetts.
- Current Buprenorphine Waiver/Suboxone Waiver/X-Waiver.
- Clinical experience in psychiatric or related settings.
