Title: Security Manager

Location: Western Region | AZ, NV, UT | 50% Travel

Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt

About the Role:

As a Security Manager for the Western Region at Curaleaf, you will oversee and maintain day-to-day security and delivery operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company standards. This role involves multi-unit coverage and works under the guidance of the Security Director to ensure seamless security operations across the region.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all security, safety, and delivery transport operations across multiple sites
  • Manage daily vendor scheduling and resource planning to ensure full coverage and smooth operations across all departments
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with security protocols and regulations.
  • Drive thorough investigations into security incidents and concerns
  • Manage and maintain security systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability across all operations
  • Design and implement effective loss prevention strategies to safeguard company assets and ensure operational integrity
  • Develop and implement coaching and performance management for existing staff while leading regional group training sessions on a quarterly basis
  • Serve as the primary liaison with subject matter experts from Cultivation, Manufacturing, Operations, and Dispensary departments
What You'll Bring:
  • 6+ years' experience in Law Enforcement or Public Safety
  • 3+ years of hands-on personnel leadership and management experience
  • You have multi-unit departmental operations or store start-up experience
  • You possess strong business and financial acumen, along with exceptional reporting skills, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning
  • You are available for 50% travel as well as on-call to respond to security incidents and emergencies outside of regular hours
