1500 Dodson Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72901 & 1001 Towson Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72901 . DUTIES:
Interventional Cardiology / Medical Director of Cardiology: Administer emergency cardiac care for life-threatening heart problems, i.e. cardiac arrest & heart attack. Perform catheter-based procedures, i.e. angioplasty and stenting & provide minimally invasive treatments for patients w/ atherosclerosis & structural heart disease & heart valve disease, etc.
REQUIRES: MD or foreign equivalent (MBBS);
residency in Internal Medicine; fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease; fellowship in Interventional Cardiology ; must be board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Disease, or Interventional Cardiology; and must be licensed or eligible for license to practice medicine in the state of Arkansas.
