A large pharmaceutical client is looking for a Data Analyst to join the team in Rensselaer, NY. This person will support the organization by compiling and managing data for compliance metrics and reports. They will be managing trackers in excel for SOPs and other documents to help get a new site up and running. They must be able to work with deviations and change controls, and have the ability to pick up technical concepts quickly. Their day to day involves exporting and reviewing data from different computer systems, creating and managing excel spreadsheets and databases, attending cross functional meetings, and putting together PowerPoint summary reports for weekly data.

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum of 1 years of experience working with data

* Experience managing large-scale projects in a corporate environment

* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsimporting and exporting data

* Pharmaceutical industry/science experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience-PMP Certification
