You'll oversee a team of technicians, manage critical programs like PSM and RMP, and ensure adherence to industry standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing their operations and safeguarding their employees, and the community.What They Offer:Competitive salary and bonus that can equate to up to $120,000 in your first yearExcellent benefits package, inclusive of a matching 401K planRelocation assistance for the right candidateOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA supportive and collaborative work environmentWhat You Will Be Doing:Lead and manage a team of refrigeration and facilities techniciansOversee PSM and RMP programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsDevelop and conduct training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skillsMaintain and update SOPs, P&IDs, and PMs for the refrigeration systemInspect and maintain hazardous materials equipmentManage and troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration systemsEnsure compliance with GMP standards and optimize plant processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility issuesDevelop and manage standard operating procedures and schedulesWhat You Must Have:High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS degree preferred)RETA (CARO and/or CIRO) GCAP trainedMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance, refrigeration maintenance, and supervisionTechnical knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systemsStrong understanding of FDA, OSHA, and environmental food manufacturing standardsProven experience in PSM programsReady to make a positive impact?
