Description: Registered Nurse, NICU, PRN, Night Shift Experience the advantages of real career change We are an 8 bed Level III NICU that helps meet the complex needs of our community. Management of patients having or requiring: Born at EGA of 28 weeks ( 2 weeks)Respiratory distress/failure requiring conventional ventilation or lesser degree of respiratory support (CPAP, NC, High flow/Low Flow, NIV)Readmission for convalescent management of infants post-retinal, post neurosurgery, and post pediatric surgeryAny seizures or seizure like activity Management of care prior to transfer of newborns with congenital: Gastro-intestinal lesionsHeart disease that may need cardiothoracic surgery managementNeurological lesions (except for a prenatally diagnosed vein of Galen malformation) that may need neurosurgery managementUrological lesions (and without the pregnancy being complicated by anhydramnios/oligohydramnios) that may need urological surgery managementMetabolic disordersJoin Piedmont to move your career in the right direction. APPLY NOWQualifications:MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:Graduate of a nursing programMINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:New Graduates of a nursing program eligibleMINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification required. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable. Bachelor's degree preferred. Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting Preferred.
