NEW EMPLOYEES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR 15 DAYS OF PAID VACATION PER CALENDAR YEAR AND 11 PAID COMPANY HOLIDAYS.$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS PAID IN 5 PAYMENTS OVER THE FIRST YEAR$1,000 REFERRAL BONUS FOR ANYONE THAT IS REFERRED THAT GETS HIRED BY THE COMPANYWORK HOURS:M-F 4:00pm - 2:30amDuties and Responsibilities:Receiving, computer, paperwork entry, verificationDrive Forklift/Tow motorData entry and paperworkService to and from presses and to dock with forkliftWrapping of productDumping of scrap, compound, etc. with forkliftComplete all preventative maintenance requirements daily, weekly and monthly for all equipment.Ensure all proper housekeeping is completed for specific workstation and surrounding area of the shipping department.Safe navigation of a forklift and packing machinery shrink wrap machine.Assist Plant General Manager and Production Manager with any other duties or responsibilities as required.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent3+ years of forklift experienceMaterial Handling experience Basic computer skillsStrong communications skills (verbal and written)Ability to read & comprehend simple instructionsAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measureAbility to work well as a teamExperience in a high volume, fast paced environmentCleveland Steel Container was founded in 1963 to provide customers with a dependable steel pail. At our Streetsboro facility, we have a metal stamping plant to provide component parts for our pails.
