Build your skills and start your career on our Data Science team. As a Data Science Engineering Intern, you will work alongside algorithm experts and data science technologists to help solve analytically challenging problems here, like recommendations, marketing optimization, fraud detection, and sports prediction. You'll work closely with your teammates to achieve impactful results and deliver a world-class experience to our customers.
What You'll Do as a Data Science Engineering Intern
Work within complex systems and contribute to the development of machine learning systems and data science technical infrastructureLearn about engineering design, development, deployment, and operations of scalable technical productsGet integrated with the team and contribute to key internal R&D initiatives right awayWork with a buddy on your team to get up to speed with how we operateWhat you'll bring
Comfortable with statistics and programming using PythonExperience with collaborative team-based technical implementation, either in an internship or project settingExperience with version control (e.g. git)Curiosity to learn new technologies and quantitative techniquesPrior internship experience in a corporate environment is preferred
The US hourly range for this full-time position is $36-$45, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
